the location was convenient, with several restaurants within walking distance. the room I stayed in was cozy, with spacious and comfortable beds. the bathroom was modern and clean, providing a refreshing experience. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, ensuring that all my requests were met. the breakfast offered a variety of tasty options, setting a good start to the day. the hotel had a spa area, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the surroundings.

The staff here is friendly and the beds in the rooms are comfortable, plus it's really convenient to get to Medvedin as it's just 1 mile away, making it a great value for the price.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, always ready to assist me with any requests. The receptionist, in particular, was very polite and helpful. The room I stayed in was cozy and spacious, with comfortable beds. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the spa area which was a perfect way to relax after a long day of hiking. Despite the hotel being fully occupied, the spa was not busy at all. Additionally, the location of the hotel was conveniently close to the nearest restaurant, making it easy to find a place to eat. the cleanliness of the hotel, the friendly staff, and the excellent facilities were the best aspects of my stay.

Spending Xmas away from home was lovely, and the hotel's festive decorations made it truly special. the breakfast was a highlight, with a great selection of fresh food and drinks to choose from. the location was brilliant, right at the heart of town, with easy access to everything we wanted to do. We particularly liked the ski rental shop that was located right in the hotel, making it incredibly convenient to hit the slopes straight away.

The bed was uncomfortable, which made for a tough night's sleep. the wellness facilities were not quite what we were expecting, especially as we had to pay extra for bathrobes and shoes.

During our Christmas getaway, we were pleasantly surprised by the cozy and inviting atmosphere of this hotel. The staff was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location, nestled in picturesque surroundings, offered the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. The restaurant had an extensive breakfast spread and delectable dinner options. the spa services were rejuvenating, perfect to unwind after a day of outdoor activities.

While our overall experience was enjoyable, there were a few drawbacks. The beds were a bit too firm for our liking and some of the rooms were in need of updating.
